SEOUL, SOUTH KOREA / ACCESSWIRE / March 31, 2022 / NFT marketplace and launchpad has raised $3.35 million in a strategic funding round led by Hashed, with participation by Animoca Brands, Galaxy Interactive, SkyVision Capital, SNOW and Pala. The fund will be used to accelerate technological development of the features on the platform and the strategic marketing of the service.

As members of the Terra community try to pick up the pieces from its currently defunct economy, Polygon is beckoning to the dozens of developers who had projects built on the inoperative blockchain. Polygon, a layer-2 blockchain built on Ethereum, has launched a "relatively uncapped multimillion dollar fund" so Terra-built projects can move to its blockchain, Ryan Wyatt, CEO of Polygon Studios, told TechCrunch.

Almost 50 projects built on Terra, including the NFT marketplace OnePlanet and metaverse game Derby Stars, have begun migrating to Polygon-and more are on the way. "We will be putting capital and resources against these migrations to welcome the developers and their respective communities," Polygon Studios CEO Ryan Wyatt tweeted on Friday.

Seoul, South Korea --News Direct-- OnePlanet , an NFT marketplace formerly based on Terra, has completed its planned migration to Polygon. Over 60 Terra-based NFT collections will be migrated to the Polygon sidechain network, giving them a new home after the original Terra blockchain collapsed in May.
